Job Description


Develop and implement the Branding and Promotions Strategy for the Organization in order to drive top line growth, brand recall and obtain desired market positioning, Develop promotional & Re-Branding packages for existing products.
Conceptualize, Develop & implement the Complete digital strategy for the company.
Guide all the product Branding and Promotion initiatives including establishing relationships with Advertising Agencies, External Consultants. Implement Campaigns end to end.


Financial Perspective

Ensure adherence to sanctioned budgets for all branding and promotions related activities
Supervise negotiations with Advertising Agencies, External Consultants etc. for efficient communication of the branding and promotion strategy and to derive cost savings

Customer Perspective

Ensure that the Product/ Campaign Design created is in the best interest of the Organization and the market and the Branding and Promotions strategy is suitably designed to support the Sales of the product
Manage / Develop & create customer communication packages
Monitor timely resolution of queries raised by Advertising Agencies/ External Consultants/ Media Partners regarding bill payments

Internal Process Perspective

Branding and Promotions
Design and develop the branding and promotion strategy for the Organization
Work in close coordination with the Sales Team, Corporate Communications, CRM for taking their inputs and feedback for building improvements in the planned Marketing and Branding strategy
Lead the identification and selection of media mix for effective branding, events and advertisements
Ensure all product related branding and promotions are in line with the overall Branding guidelines for the organization
Set-up frameworks/ techniques for evaluation of effectiveness of Branding and Promotion initiatives and build improvements in the strategy based on same 

Collaboration with Advertising Agencies/ Media Partners
Identify and empanel agencies and consultants to develop brand related communication / merchandise / advertisements etc.
Collaborate with Advertising Agencies and External Consultants for designing of marketing collaterals
Enforce guidelines for using the corporate brand
Lead engagement with Channel Partners to identify the most suitable avenues for execution of the branding and promotion strategy

Conceptualize the execution of specific events for the promotion of new projects and prepare an event timeline and schedule with projected costs
Ensure adherence to established plans, timelines and budgets for conducting events
Ensure adequate media coverage and participation for all events
Review and finalize the selection of the event venue, catering, entertainment, decoration and other event logistics
Engage with event partners for contract negotiations to drive cost savings
Ensure the maintenance of accurate accounts for all events in terms of costs incurred

Adhere to SAP reporting requirements
Periodically review MIS submitted by subordinates to analyze the efficiency of the branding and promotions strategy and initiate improvements if required
Ensure timely preparation and circulation of MIS to Top Management
Maintain and drive the Knowledge Management initiatives in the Department and ensure efficient storage and dissemination of information
Keep abreast of latest trends in branding and promotion initiatives in the industry and evaluate the feasibility of their adoption by BPTP

People Perspective
Conduct performance appraisals on departmental staff / personnel
Ensure adherence to performance management system timelines for completion of various processes
Assess and fulfil training and development requirements of subordinates
Ensure completion of individual training and development requirements
